چکیده
Background: Medical students’ choices depend on their moral values and expectations from future profession. Although this choice is a personal one it has impacts the health system. In Turkey, misdistribution of doctors by specialty become significant problem risk for sustainability provision system. Objectives: The aims were to understand how medical up-to-date perceptions specialization change during educations, which have an impact process. Material Methods: An online survey was conducted 706 students. questionnaire included questions specialization, career aspirations, national examination in medicine (SIM), compulsory service. After analysis survey, 2 focus groups with total number 19 further data that collected previously. 50 minutes-long group discussions held campus between October 24 25, 2019. Findings: Almost all students (98.81%) stated they are planning get training. Most clinical phase (74.01%) preference changed compared first year at school. They explained sessions because internships stage (4th, 5th, 6th year). Significantly more male “financial reasons” as reason undergoing training (p=0.016). Focus-group revealed fact three tend choose surgical specialties more, but last years sciences considering standard living. Conclusion: We must acknowledge towards education due heavy workload, financial issues, malpractice lawsuits mobbing. order prevent specialty, improvement work conditions should be made.

TP Decoding
‘Tree pruning’ (TP) is an algorithm for probabilistic inference on binary Markov random fields. It has been recently derived by Dror Weitz and used to construct the first fully polynomial approximation scheme for counting independent sets up to the ‘tree uniqueness threshold.’ It can be regarded as a clever method for pruning the belief propagation computation tree, in such a way to exactly acc...
متن کاملTP or not TP, that is the question
We give here a comparative study of the mathematical analysis of two (classes of) discretisation schemes for the computation of approximate solutions to incompressible two phase flow problem in homogeneous porous media. The first scheme is the well-known finite volume scheme with a two-point flux approximation, classically used in industry. The second class contains the so-called approximate gr...
متن کاملTP or not TP: primary mediators in a close runoff?
Aspirin has emerged as a remarkably safe, inexpensive, and effective drug for the secondary prevention of the complications of atherosclerotic disease. It acts by inhibiting the enzyme prostaglandin (PG) G/H synthase, actually a bifunctional protein that sequentially catalyzes the conversion of arachidonic acid to the highly reactive endoperoxide intermediates PGG2 and PGH2 via its cyclooxygena...
متن کاملTP Tool - a MATLAB Toolbox for TP Model Transformation
The Tensor Product model transformation is a numerical method that is capable of uniformly transforming LPV (linear parameter-varying) dynamic models into polytopic forms, both in a theoretical and algorithmic context. Using the TP model transformation, different optimization and convexity constraints can be considered, and transformations can be executed without any analytical interactions, wi...
متن کاملEffect of Cigarette Smoking on TP-E Interval, TP-E/QT Ratio and TP-E/QTC Ratio
Introduction: Cigarette smoking increases the risk of sudden cardiac death. Smoking may predispose to ventricular fibrillation and sudden cardiac death by altering ventricular repolarization and enhancing sympathetic nervous system activity. We aimed to study the effects of smoking on ventricular repolarization. Methods: We studied 47 healthy subjects. 24 long-term heavy smokers (10 women, mean...
